Be still – like a 10 yr old kid out on his first nighttime raccoon hunt.
Standing with the old guys, outside the truck, listening for the coon hounds, in the dark, in the still of the night, out on some back country road.
Be still – control your breathing. That’s the blood pounding in your ears.
Be still – no, that’s just a farm dog.
Be still – no, nothing yet.
Be still – hey, you sure can be still.
Be still – Got one! Good dog!
Be still – nah, he fell asleep in the truck.
